All ticket sales are final. We plan every night around the exact number of people coming — food, seats, rooms, the experience itself — so we don't offer refunds.

Can't make it anymore?

• Your ticket is transferable. Send a friend in your place — just message us their name and WhatsApp before the event so check-in goes smoothly.

If we cancel or move the event, you choose: a full refund, or credit for the next event.

Pay-at-the-door reservations are not confirmed spots. Paid tickets always have priority, and unpaid reservations may be released if the event fills.

Private rooms are limited, first-come, and follow the same rules as tickets.
