Who we are.

Riwaq is an international community hosting events in Bali, Indonesia, operating through a locally registered legal entity in accordance with Indonesian law. Contact: hello@riwaq.house.

What we collect.

When you register for an event or join our community we collect: your name, WhatsApp number, email, nationality, age, and Instagram handle — via our registration forms (Fillout). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Why we collect it.

To manage event registrations and check-in, send you event information and reminders, tell you about future events (you can opt out any time), and understand our community better.

What we don't do.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except the tools that run our operations (Fillout, Stripe, WhatsApp, Meta ads measurement).

Photos & video.

Our events are photographed and filmed. See our Terms & Conditions.

Cookies & pixels.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. Neither sets a cookie until you accept in the cookie banner, and you can decline. Declining blocks the pixel entirely and keeps Google Analytics cookie-free. You can also control ad personalization in your Meta settings.

How long we keep it.

We keep your registration data while you are part of the community, and we delete it on request. One message to hello@riwaq.house and it is gone.
