1 · The house rules.

Every guest agrees to the House Agreement. Riwaq events are alcohol-free, drug-free and smoke-free. Attendance means you accept this — guests who bring or use any of these will be asked to leave without refund. Respect for every background, culture and belief is a condition of entry.

2 · Right of admission.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior endangers the safety, comfort or spirit of the event. No refund is owed in such cases.

3 · Photography & filming.

Riwaq events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to appearing in photos and video used on our website, social media and marketing. If you'd prefer not to appear, tell the team at check-in and we'll do our best — and if you spot a photo of yourself you want removed, message us and we'll take it down.

4 · Age.

Riwaq events are for adults 18+.

5 · Personal responsibility.

You attend at your own responsibility. Riwaq is not liable for personal belongings, or for injuries resulting from a guest's own conduct.

6 · Legal and local operation.

Riwaq operates in Bali, Indonesia through a locally registered legal structure, and every event is run in accordance with Indonesian law and local regulations. Venues, permits, payments and licensing are handled through our local legal entity. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

8 · Governing law.

These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any dispute will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
